Each bagel is hand-rolled, giving it a unique shape and that distinctive, satisfying chew. Our menu is simple and straightforward, using only the freshest and highest-quality local ingredients, because we believe that “Simple is best.” Alongside our bagels, we offer homemade treats like brownies and muffins, paired with quality coffee to complete your Rosé Bagels experience.

Originally from Thailand, I’ve called Australia home for over 18 years, building a career in hospitality from the ground up. I’ve trained in kitchens, learning every detail of the craft, both on the job and in college. Cooking has always been my way of making people smile, and it’s my joy to create food that brings happiness to others.
